Unable to install premiere pro on windows server 2019

We have downloaded premiere_pro_set_up from crative cloud when clicking on install it is poppomg up an authentication window. After clicking on continue it is redirecting to the browser and log in verification is completed. But evena after that adobe premiere pro set up window is asking to check browser for log in and it is not redirecting to installation page. Sign in here is also not working on adobe premiere pro set up window.
