Unable to install Premiere Pro

So i just got premiere pro and I cant even install it it says " you requested a link to download premiere pro. if you're currently on a mobile device, please note this process will only work on laptop or desktop computer.

1.open this email on the laptop or desktop computer where you'd like to install premiere pro on.

2.click the link below to download the installer

so i clicked the link then it sent me to a page saying " well email you a link so you can easily download premiere pro on your desktop" but i have a laptop but after i pressed the button that says " send me the link" it sends me back to the first page I was at please help me guys!!!!!!!!

Are you trying to install Premier Pro on a Win/Mac computer and using Creative Cloud desktop app?
