Unable to nudge objects left/right with arrow keys anymore.

I recently updated to the latest version of Premiere, and before, I was able to slightly move objects on the program window by a pixel using the arrow keys. For example, using the arrow keys to move a few frames left/right, and move the object left/right if I clicked the object in the program window. However, after updating, I'm no longer able to do that. I even went into the keyboard shortcuts menu and tried to change it up, but still doesn't work.

Any ideas of how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

I tried resetting them, but that didn't do anything unfortunately.

Ok, I'll try that, but how exactly do I revert it? I don't see an option to go to a different version. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spot.

Yea, I checked there, but there's no option for "Other Versions, there's just learn more. I would like to get it fixed, but if I can't then it's not that big of a deal.
