I am unable to use the new audio transcription feature in 15.4; when selecting the option to Transcribe Sequence, the Transcribe button is greyed out and a dialogue popup says "Recieved bad network response".
I have restarted my computer, Creative Cloud, Premiere, and reinstalled the new update to no avail. Anyone else having this issue/have a solution? Thanks all.

Thank you for reporting this issue!
One simple test would be to open https://adobe-voice.adobe.io/ in a browser - if this produces an error in the browser like "Oauth token is not valid" - then you can at least reach the service - means your firewall is setup correctly.
The other thing to check is https://account.adobe.com/ to make sure your license is not displaying any warnings - as the service will only work with a non-expired license present.
What license type are you using? (All Apps / Premiere Pro Single / Teams / Enterprise / EDU) ?

My account does not appear to be displaying any kind of warnings, and I am on the All Apps license.
