Unknown error when opening the project

Hello Community, I have recently received the error message "Unknown error when opening the project" when I start the project file.

When I try to open the project file from the Autostore, I get the following message "The project is obviously damaged. It cannot be opened".

No matter which one I choose, the project cannot be opened.
Does anyone of you have an idea how I could repair the project file.

I have already cleared the cache, reinstalled the program, tested the project file on another computer.

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro
