update MacOS Big Sur and Premiere pro

I heard there is sometimes some bugs with Premiere Pro, when you update your Mac Os with Big sur, Is it still so?

Is there a reason you need to upgrade to Big Sur? A lot of people think upgrading is some sort of requirement but it's not. You are right, there are more bugs with the newer OS than any of the older "tried and true" OSes. 

My recommendation is not upgrade to Big Sur unless you have some external reason you need to. Certainly don't upgrade for Adobe's sake.
