URGENT: Subscription Billed after Cancellation

I have been billed for the past six months or so since I cancelled my subscription. I paid the penalty for cancelling early.

 

I came here because the "contact us" system for Adobe is an endless loop of nowhere. Unless there is some magical way to navigate through it you can share, please get me help from an actual Adobe liaison.
