I created an intro sequence for a video series that I used to make with iMovie. I've moved to editing the series in Premier and I'm wanting to use the same "lens flare" motion graphic for the title text, for the sake of consistency.
Is there a way to use the iMovie stock motion graphics in Premier Pro?

You can export a video from iMovie and import into Premiere Pro, but you won't be able to edit any effects contained in the video.

Yeah I did that initially, but the file was quite a bit smaller than the rest of the files in the sequence, which means I'd have to enlarge it quite a bit to be the same aspect as the rest. In an ideal world I'd just import the same motion graphic and remake the title in premier.
