Use project manager and collect After Effects files

I would like to use the project manager in Premiere to gather all of the files in a large project that contains multiple linked After Effects files (I am trying to put this project and all assets onto a hard drive). However, the project manager does not collect the files that are part of the After Effects projects.

What is the best way to collect all of the files that are part of the AE projects? I know there is something like the project manager in AE, but what is the best way to go about this--should I use the project manager in Premiere then open the AE files it collects and use the project manager equivalent in AE? Or the opposite?

Any insight into this matter would be much appreciated!
