Using dropbox for clips, can't locate from another computer

I want to change which computer I am using for my project.  All my clips are saved in a Dropbox folder.  When I try to open the project on the new computer, which is set up with the same Dropbox files, it only locates 157 out of 540 clips.  I can't even figure out how to locate them manually one by one, but even if I could that would take a huge amount of time.  Is there a better way to do this?

While a lot of users are trying to work with Dropbox/WeTransfer/OneDrive systems, they can be problematic and have issues like this. It seems more reliable to use the service for making sure all computers have the files, but ... copy the files outside of the service folder for actual working in Premiere.

And hopefully, someone who's using Dropbox and getting it to work will pop in.
