Using the Intel Graphics Driver

When I launch Premiere Pro I get the error "System Compability Report", this seems to be a common issue, however I have been having trouble following the steps to fix this error. I tried for awhile following the directions for installing the Intel Graphics driver, and I was highly confused, so I was unable to do the steps. I was hoping I could find a way that was simplier. I can't get rid of the Ill effects done to the video quality in Premiere. If you go https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/known-issues.html, you should see the July 2020 release, under there explains the problem in more detail on that website for more information on my problem.

Hi Sean,

Sorry for the issue. First thing to check is your system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/user-guide.html/premiere-pro/system-requirements.ug.html

Does your GPU have more than 2 GB VRAM? That is the bare minimum you must have or you might need to revert to an earlier version of Premiere Pro. Let us know!

Thank You,

Kevin
