Ver 15.0.0.0 (Build 41) is freezing or not even starting up.

I am on a 2019 iMac 5K 27-inch 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5

32 GB Memory

The latest update of Premiere 2021 (15.0.0.0) will constantly freeze or not even startup. Requires Force Quit after trying to quit, just get the beach ball of death when it is trying to quit.

Working with 4K GoPro footage.

Apologies. Do you have any plug-ins installed, and if so, are they certified for v.15? You may want to temporarily remove those.
