Verison 15 Captions tab not opening a panel: text panel not opening; Caption track on time line greyed out;

A screenshop might help. Caption tracks are greyed out if they are not active (eye icon is crossed out).

But even if greyed out, double clicking on a caption opens the Text Panel and the EGP.

CLOSED. Deleted Premier Pro version 15 and reinstalled. Now working as expected.
