Very (painfully) slow exports all of a sudden - only change I have made is updating Premiere

4 minute video now takes 12 hours to export whereas the same type video with same file sizes took 1-2 hours before this update.    

Nothing changed on my end - I have a very high powered mac.   Very frustrating.  Anyone else?  Suggestions?

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RA, OS)?
• What are the details of the media you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Also, what's the source of it - is it screen recording or shot on a camera?
• What are the effects and third-party plug-ins that you used?

Hi there, seems like clearing the video cache sped things up.   I cleared that just the day before so that seemed odd.   Not sure how often that needs to be done. Thank you!
