video and image does not scale proportionally

Hello,

I have a problem with the scaling.

When I scale an image or a video under 50% the proportions change. The imgaes or videos are now distorted/warped (wrong proportions).

After a scale over 50%, the image/video is scales with right proportions... I have absolutly no idea why. I tried difrerent options but nothing worked 😞

I hope someone of you can help me...? 🙂
