Video editing is possible

My laptop has i3 1005G1 10th gen processor with 8gb ram will premiere Pro will work for light video editing or no?

there's a free trial of premiere available.  try it and see.  can you add more ram?  Might make a difference.  

and if premiere 2020 doesn't work, you might try 2019 which is still available (last time I looked).
