So bassicaly when i try to edit videos in adobe pr and for example i add screenshots to it, it makes it small like its tiny, and if i zoom the screenshot then the picture would be bad quality.

Well i just take random pictures and it used to always work perfectly by
fitting in the screen, but once i uploaded really short screenshots like
they were really flat you can check it out yourself if you have tik
tok @peh.h its basically a minecraft meme, but yeah.

How are you making the screen shot? In Premiere you can press the camera icon in the program or source monitor for a screen shot. It should be the same resolution of your video.
