I am new to Preimere (and video editing in general). I recently recorded some takes of myself performing a song with a click track for a multitrack virtual performance video project. I used the front facing camera on my iPhone SE (1.2-megapixels) to capture the video. When I import them (as .MOV files) to Premiere Pro they all seem like they are recorded at different tempos and, in some cases, are almost 3 or 4 beats apart (I don't think my performance was THAT far off). Is there a format that I should try convert them to through the Media Encoder before importing them to Premiere? Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Phones capture footage in variable framerate.
If you are doing music a phone is not really the way to go but rather a camcorder.
Convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere. Dont use AME.
