Hello!

I am working on editing some videos and one of my videos after importing to Premeire Pro, is glitching/lagging/wobling when playing. I received the file as a .mov, and have have converted it to both .mp4 and .mxf and it continues to do it. Please see the attached video. Do any of you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Thank you!

This sounds like a typical problem for a VFR recorded clip. And running it through MediaEncoder doesn't really fix the VFR to CFR conversion.

So ... if it's VFR, you need to download/install the free utility app HandBrake and then open the file in that app. On the video tab, check the CFR button and set a specific number in the frame-rate box. Then set compression somewhere out to the 'near placebo' level.

Re-import that file into Premiere and use it.
