I have been having this issue for about 2 months. When I try to move over several vide clips to edit only the sound is moving over to the edit screen. I had this issue a month ago. Tech help unistalled and reinstlalled Premiere pro and it worked. When I trided to create a new video I ran into the same issue. Is anybody elese having this issue? How do you fix?
We might need a little clearer information in your description of the issue. Are you trying move video and audio that go together, but only the audio moves when you marque-select? Is that correct? I know in one of the 2020 versions (14.8, I think), if you marque-selected video and audio, the selection range wouldn't select the video on the V1 track. I'm not sure if that's what you're talking about or not.
