Video missing in export

I am new to Adobe software in general.  I made a video comprised of about 10 different clips from different sources.  When I export the complete video, there is one clip that plays audio without video.  When I play that same clip in Premier Pro, the video goes black when I pause it but shows when I play it.  No issues with anything else in terms of audio and video.

Any idea how to fix this?  I've deleted the clip and adding it back in two times now.

Thank you so much.
