Video not fully rendering after export

After exporting my video. The video does not play properly. The music plays in the background but the video does not fully play. Only parts of the video play, its skips many parts. The music plays fine.  Almost feels like a rendering problem. The video plays fine on my timeline before I export, but affter I export its trash.
