Video not rendering

[BBH Studio]

I'm working on Premier Pro V14.3.2. I worked for 6 hours on my video and it won't render. This is a first for me! I did tried rendering In to Out. No progress notification came up and the top bar is yellow. I tried selecting everything in my timeline and doing a 'render selection'. I did get a progress window and it supposedly rendered quickly but I still have the yellow bar and of course my font has that unrendered fuzzy thing. I closed out of Premier Pro and when I tried rendering in to out again, the scrubber moved to a mid point on the timeline but it's not moving. I've been using PP for years and have edited/rendered a lot of videos but I've never encountered this. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
