Video "shudders" when playing in timeline in Premiere Pro.

Hi, I need some help. When I'm playing my videos in the timeline, it keeps shuddering. I've turned off all effects and also deleted the audio, but it still keeps doing it. Only been happening recently. Any assistance would be grateful. Thanks, Bruce

Please post a screencapture of the issue and

• System Specs/hardware
• OS vers
• Premiere build (‘current’ is not enough)
• GPU
• Codecs used
• Sequence settings
• Error messages
• 3rd party plugins installed
• Screenshots of settings (render, sequence, etc) that are relevant
• Effects used (stabilization, track masks, speed ramps, etc)
• Use of Nesting (good) or Subclips (bad)
• Any other info that's related to your question. Thanks!

Are you playing 4K a full resolution? A video with the stats (as seen below)  would be awesome but screen shots work.
