Hi, please help, after rendering the video of the game recording in 2k or 4k, the video quality becomes very poor, the video becomes blurry, as if it was shot in 144p, although the source video was in 1080p.

If the source video is 1080P and you are exporting to 2K or 4K, it will be blurry.

Export to 1080P.

If you want to get 2 or 4k out of your 1080p video, you'll need to use After Effects to upscale it. Remember you're increasing the size of the pixels in the video which of course will give you blurry video. In there is an effect called "detail preserving upscale".
