Hi, just wondering if anyone has some insight into a problem I'm experiencing.
Basically, I've edited and exported a video of a band lockdown performance, with the screen and split into four shots and some overlaid graphics, etc.
The rendered video plays back perfectly on my laptop, but on my iPhone one - and only one - of the four shots in the split screen is out of sync with the audio.
I've been tearing my hair out over this and I'm completely at a loss as to how to solve it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.
Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Thanks for your reply.
Below is the MediaInfo screenshot for one of the problem clips - however there are others in the project which have similar properties and behave as expected.
I'm about to check out the Handbrake info now, but I'm still at a loss to understand how the rendered and exported video can play correctly on one device and not on another. ( not that I have any real knowledge of the technical side of all this, just trying to produce a few simple videos....)

In addition to Peru Bob's response I'll also just say this as something similar-ish happened to me recently:
Upon export, at edit points in my audio (even if it was just a through edit), the audio would shift by a few samples, which caused music to become off-beat.
Solution was just to clear all application Media Cache files, and everything was working again. So, clearing the cache may be something to try also.

That is VFR, so you should follow the tutorial and convert with Handbrake before importing into Premiere Pro.
