Video Won't Export Properly

I've made a video in premiere pro thats about 35 minutes long but when I go to export it, it either only does the first 30-50 seconds, or it fails completely. When I click on the little yellow warning triangle it comes up with the message "File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure" but I don't know what the inconsistency is. The video plays perfectly well in the programme window. I think all of the clips are intact.

I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it without remaking the whole video, and it took way too long for me to want to do that all again.

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.

Are you exporting directly from PPro or through Media Encoder?

Can you please provide details on your system, the version of PPro you're using and what type of footage you have?

Thanks.
