Visible compression on some 10-bit Canon R6 files only in Premiere CC2020

Ok. Weird one here. On SOME of my 10-bit 422 h265 files from the Canon EOS R6, visible lines, compression and bluring is appearing, but only on the upper 1/3 of the screen or so. Does not happen all the time. And I believe it is only happening in Premiere. When I open the problematic files in VLC or a third-party app, the visible comression is not there.

Image degradation appears similar to low bitrate 8-bit compression.

Can you folks download one of the original problem files and see if you can see the compression on the upper part of the screen.
