Warp Stabiliser making playback unwatchable.

Hey guys,

OS - High Sierra

Computer - Macbook Pro mid-2015.

Memory - 16gbs of RAM and running my footage from an external Toshiba 1TB hard drive.

Premiere Pro 14.6.

When editing my video, I literally cannot use warp stabiliser without it completely disrupting playback. I've tried turning it down to 1/4 and creating proxies. I've got no clue why it's so laggy and jittery (it said there was 121 dropped frames after about 4 seconds)

Any help would be appreciated, I fancy finishing this project soon.

Your external drive might be the culprite; too slow.

Warp Stabilizer only works on the original footage, it does not use proxies.

After analyzing hit Render for beter playback.
