does the problem go away if you reset to software only?  What version of premiere are you using?  The latest couple of versions of premiere gave me a message that the graphics card drivers need to be updated.

When I did that, the message went away.   Do some googling on how to check to see if your drivers are up to date.

No, the problem don't go away...I'm using the latest version, Premiere 2020. As i'm seeing, my Nvidia's drives are updated.

I have the same problem. I had the crazy idea to update Ppro just before delivering a project, and now I am stuck with solving this problem while the client is waiting.
I am working on a iMac with a Radeon Pro Vega 48 8 GB card.

I did the same thing, and it worked for me as well. But I wouldn't say this is resolved, as the bug is still there if we upgrade to 14.4. Hopefully there will be a fix in the next upgrade.
