Whenever I hover my mouse and go backwards on the Time Ruler, weird vertical lines start appearing.

This problem started since 2 days ago.

What should I do now?

I am attaching a reference clip.

Hey Peru Bob,

I solved the problem myself!

I did a few things, don't know which one of them actually solved the problem.

1) I deleted the project completely. (Yes I lost all my work and would have to redo it again.)

2) I used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

3) Reinstalled the latest NVIDIA Drivers

4) Reset a custom scaling factor that I had applied to Windows 10. Most probably this might have caused the problem, since Premiere Pro gave those vertical lines the next day I started working on my project

1) I tried to upload a video directly but it keeps asking for a URL, like a YouTube video URL

2)I have done everything you said in the same sequence as you said, but to no avail.

Even uninstalled Premiere removing Preferences and reinstallesd, but that didn't work as well.

Updating my Graphics card also didn't help.
