Hello. There is something wrong with the iris effect, or as I am used to call it: circular wipe. It is a wipe after all.
When I increase the duration, the wipe goes FASTER!
I can't get the length I want. I tried to trick it by decreaseing the duration, but under 1 sec it doesnt help.
The graphic in the sequence window follows my duration, but the result is the opposite.
Also, the yellow line in the sequence window is red instead of yellow. I guess it means it doesn't pre-render, but I'm not sure.
The ordinary wipe (right to left) works fine.
Rendering the movie works fine so I'm not stranded.
Clearly there's something wrong here.

There is no iris effect only 5 iris transitions: which one exactly?

I told you. The circle. It's called "Iris round".

Works fine here.
Did you render as the transition is non gpu accelerated (red line)
Try using the Circle effect under Generate.

Nooo. The circle effect is terrible compared to a circle wipe.
So, the iris round is not gpu accelereated? Why?
Do the developers read this? This is clearly a bug!
Not the acceleration, but the problem I described. I can't set the duration.
It's strange that you don have the same problem if we have the same progam version.
