I have tried importing same footages over and over again in premiere pro but can't find solution to it.

Please looking forward for some help!

by any chance are your source files either from a screen recording or shot on a smart phone?  If so, the problem is that your sources (or some of them) have a variable frame rate

use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate

https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
