by any chance are your sources from a smartphone or screen recording?  if so, the problem is that some if not all of your sources have a variable frame rate.  download mediainfo to confirm

and you can use handbrake to convert to a constant frame rate

please check your source footage with mediainfo and see if it's variable frame rate.  You said the video was from your computer.  What exactly does that mean?  Please describe your workflow.
