Where is Tracking and Vertical Scale in Premiere Pro Graphics?

Hello,

I've recently switched from using Legacy Titles to Premiere's Graphics for text and titles. I need to match a logo and I can't seem to find a way to adjust Tracking and Vertical Scale. Are these options available in Graphics? Where might one find them if they are? Any help would be appreciated.

In the Essential Graphics Panel -> Edit, under "Align and Transform," look for Toggle Animation for Scale.
