Which GPU should be chosen? Nvidia or Intel?

I work on PC. Shall I have both Nvidia and Intel installed on my computer or does it work with only Nvidia? I have big problems the last days. What is the best way?

You can use Nvenc and Quick Sync and decide which one works best for you.
