Why are this shape and text getting cutoff?

Driving me nuts.  No obvious explanation and they are the only two things in the timeline.  If I move it to the left, everything is there.  The further I move to the left, it disappears.  It's like there is some kind of mask on it or something.  Doesn't make sense.

Sorry, the further I move RIGHT, it disappears.

Make sure you keyframe/move the properties of the shape and text itself and not the Vector Motion.

Make sure the Vector Motion is reset to default setting.
