Was working fine, sudden;y when I started it the program monitor and anything that displays video is not showing anything, although I can hear the sound playing..
Any idea guys?
The last time the support team reset my diplay and it worked, but again the same issue..
You may want to post any information that might be useful to help troubleshoot what's going on. Some easy stuff is the version of Premiere you're using, specs on your computer and not just your video card.. how your system is setup (hard drives etc).
