why mobile video file are not imported on the time line

every day  i am waisting lots of  time in futile exercise for importing only audio files because videos are not supporting

Most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor, set in and out point. Then drag/insert into timeline.

please download media info and tell us the specs of your source files

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

you drag a file to the media info window and then view in either text or tree mode and tell us

format,  width and height, frame rate mode and frame rate.
