Why won't color corrections/adjustment layer export from Premiere Pro 14.7?

I am new to this and have been working on my editing skills leading up to this opportunity that is coming very soon. I have finished my edit and I am trying to export as H.264, but for some reason when I go to play it after the export there is no color corrections, exposure adjustment, or anything that has to do with brightness or colors exporting.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version you've told us that, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings. 

You might try a smart render.  Set your preview format to a high quality format like prores422 hq and render your entire sequence.  If everything looks ok, export with "use previews" enabled.

Which color effect/s are you using, the Color Workspace/Lumetri panel or something else?

Are you applying to the clips or to adjustment layers?

Are you exporting directly from Premiere, or via the Queue option to MediaEncoder?

What OS are you on? Do you have the Display Color Management option turned on?

And ... if you haven't, please do another export with the "import into project" option turned on. When re-imported, does that clip have correct color?
