Hi,
I made a simple overlay with some Wiggle animations on the rotation property in After Effects. Nothing fancy.
When I import the .mogrt in Premiere , the animation speed on the Wiggle goes crazy when I shorten the layer.
How can I fix the Wiggle so the speeds remains constant?
Thanks
Matthias

Since you are using the responsive design Intro and Outros, the clip adjusts it's play rate when you 'shorten it'. If you use the razor tool to shorten it however, it shouldn't speed up.
Or remove the Intro and Outro in AE.

Hi Mike,
I need the Intro and Outro. Cutting the mogrts into pieces is not a user friendly option for the video editor. It has to be dummy proof.
When I use the razor, the animation of the shapes "jumps".
'Graphics / Reset Duration' doesn't help.
Maybe there's an After Effects Expression that retimes the Wiggle function over the length of the comp? But does Premiere recognizes such Expression?
I've included the reduced AE-project to have a look at my composition.
Thanks
Matthias

I don't believe Premiere can currently send the adjusted clip duration back into a Mogrt (in order to script the wiggle speed based on clip duration). But you could set the wiggle speed to a slider which is available in Premiere. Not ideal since it needs user intervention but its a quick and dirty option. I've sure someone else will have a more elegant solution than this.
