Will the Project Manager delete the files I didn't use after it collects them?

I'm hoping to avoid duplicates, so I wanted to know if the Project Manager will delete the files that it copied into the destination folder, or are those files still there? If they are, is there a simple way to delete them?

They don't get deleted automatically... but you can go to Edit>Remove Unused
