I recently bought Premiere and I have been experiencing an issue where when I export my video it exports for a few seconds and then freezes. When this happens it freezes my entire system and I have to turn it off via the power button and then turn it back on before I can use my computer. I have updated to the most recent Premiere version and my drivers are up to date. I've also cleared my Premiere Pro media cache. Apart from the issues with exporting Premiere is a bit laggy but fully fuctional.
(if needed) My PC Specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40GHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce 1060 3GB
Motherboard - ASUSTeK Prime A320M-K
RAM - 8GB

Thank you so much!
I was using smartphone footage in my project so I used the handbrake program and it worked!
