The title pretty much says it... I am used to working on a Mac... recently my company changed over to Dell Windows 10 (internally crying).

When editing in Premiere Pro, every time I make any kind of change or adjustment, moving something or adding an effect, I have to render my working file just to view my changes. I can't seem to find an answer in Google as to why this is happening, what setting do I have clicked somewhere?

Do you mean that playback is not smooth and you have to render first, or that the effect (say color correction) is not visible at all?
