Workspace does not display or save my Projects window

Hello,

I have issues with my saved Workspaces, when I create a new file my Project window (always this one) either doesn't appear at all or appears in the wrong spot (top right with other windows, instead of bottom left, on its own) despite my numerous saves, copies and creations of layouts from scratch, I cannot get my workspace to be displayed correctly.

Is there a way to ensure that I can get the layout I want for my next files ?

Known issue. Project window sometimes has a mind of its own.
