作業途中のデータが失われる

今月に入って2回も、動画編集作業中のデータが失われました。

　一回は作業中にメッセンジャーアプリでビデオ通話がかかってきて、切ってプレミアラッシュに戻ったら、消えていました。

　二回目は、作業終わって書き出しの時に、キャンセルを押すと、普段は失われないのに、ジャンプカットしたデータが失われていました。

　泣きそうです。時間を返してほしいです。(あと作業中にアプリが急に終了することも多いです)早急に直してほしいところです。

Thanks for writing in. I want to apologize for this unfortunate experience. I am not sure why these things happened. If we could get more information about your system (or mobile device) and the media you are working with, that would really hlep the community help you. Sorry for the frustration.
