ive just finished a major music video project that was assembled entirely on iPad with premiere rush. I've maxed out its capabilities and found a few issues. Recording 4K on new iPhone at 24fps, export was found to drop frames at custom setting 24fps on desktop version at full res. 30fps automatic setting produced a low quality export at 360 mb. Export for YouTube setting at 4k produced hi quality export, but if your adobe creative cloud app is not open in the background, the export WILL drop the adobe font you have in title cards. There were also minor audio issues: sometimes the stereo file playback was mono. Overall I have to say, despite multiple crashes, which were entirely anticipated, this was a challenging and exciting project completely shot and assembled with mobile technology.
