When you say you can't save the clips that you do, can you give more information?
Are there any errors or other messages that you get, and if so, what are they exactly?
You're trying to use the desktop version, is that right? Which version of Windows or macOS?
Lastly, what subscription package do you have – is it the Photography plan? When did you purchase your plan?
