Access to Rush

I wanted to learn how to use Rush but when I try to open it nothing happens.  I got it to open once and when I select any option I get a gray screen with Adobe on the top.

I have never had any problems with Lightroom or Photoshop.  I logged out and in again and it still does not work!  

What in hell is going on, anyone have any ideas?
