adding titles and overlays in premiere rush in ipad pro not working

anyone using  ipad pro and experiencing problems with title and transitions - they don't seem to drag and drop into timeline?

Yes - I also can't add titles on the iPhone - reinstalled the app and logged out and in - titles don't work.
